My Story

Back in 2014, I began to get diagnosed with conditions that I was told I "shouldn't have" or was "too old to have", including multiple sclerosis.  As a nurse, I was very frustrated, both as a patient and as a nurse, that there were more questions than answers.  It seemed every direction I turned someone wanted to prescribe me more medication and not address the "why".  I became frustrated with Western Medicine.  I had always been open and intrigued by Eastern modalities.  When I was introduced to Healing Touch, I immediately knew that I had been presented with a holistic method of healing that would fit well with my philosophy of healing the "whole" person.  At that point, I began my own personal mind/body/spirit healing journey and my journey to become a practitioner.

In my practice I work with the energies within and around the body.  Utilizing healing touch energy work, freqencies of sound, essential oils, and crystals, I encourage the client's energy to release blockackage and come back into alighment.  I strive to encourage clients to embrace their own healing journey as a blessing and a time to learn more about themselves, to be authentic, and to learn to love themselves.

You may have noticed the hearts that are included on my web pages.  The heart itself is my symbol of healing because the heart is the center of all healing.  Come back to center.  Come back to your heart space.
