In my practice, I work with the subtle energies within and around the body—guiding them back into balance and harmony. Through a combination of Healing Touch energy work, the frequencies of sound, essential oils, and crystals, I encourage the body’s natural energy to release blockages and realign with its innate flow of wellness.

My intention is to hold a nurturing space where you can embrace your own healing journey—not as a struggle, but as a blessing. Each session is an invitation to learn more about yourself, to reconnect with your authenticity, and to rediscover how to truly love and honor who you are.

About Amy Semenchuk
Amy Semenchuk, BSN, is the owner of The Mended Heart in Savage, Minnesota. She graduated from Rockford University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings over 30 years of nursing experience in medical, surgical, and bariatric care.
Drawing upon her deep background in healthcare, Amy now blends her clinical knowledge with energy-based practices to support whole-person healing. She is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Certified Sound Healer, Energy Wellness Educator, and Intuitive Healer.

Amy is passionate about helping women come back to themselves, finding a safe and sacred space for reflection, renewal, and growth. She believes that self-work is the foundation of transformation—a pathway toward clarity, alignment, and creating a new direction in life.

As an avid crafter, Amy channels her creativity into unique offerings such as her Inspire Me Oracle Cards and her Soul Scent & Pendant Collection, each lovingly designed to inspire, uplift, and support healing through art, scent, and energy.
Her heart-centered approach invites clients to rediscover their inner healing power and reconnect with the vibrant energy that resides within.
