HEALING THROUGH THE FREQUENCY OF SOUND
The human body is 75% water, which is a great conductor for vibrations. In fact, sound vibrations travel 5 times faster in water than air! Sound Every Sound Healing is a curated experience inspired by the harmony of nature using sacred & acoustic instruments such as divine Crystal Singing Bowls, earthy Tibetan Bowls, flowing Kenari Seed chimes, glittering Koshi Chimes and various hand drums. The vibrations of the instruments correspond to different emotions. The instruments vibrate at different frequencies when struck. The vibrations/frequencies correspond to different emotions and energy centers in the body. Different emotions vibrate at different levels in the body. Blocked or unexpressed emotions are the main source of dis-ease in the body. The experience is unique to every individual.

WHAT TYPES OF SOUND HEALING DO YOU OFFER?
We offer two types of sound healing sessions.

General Sound Healing: This type of sound healing utilizes general sound instruments such as tibetan and crystal singing bowls, various chimes, drums, rattles, etc. Sound healing sessions usually run 60 minutes.

Tuning Forks: This type of sound healing uses various tuning forks comprised of different hertz levels. Tuning fork sessions can be scheduled as 30 or 60 minutes.
WHAT DO I BRING TO MY SESSION?
Wear comfy clothing that is not restrictive. If you booked the virtual sound healing with intuitive readings please have a pen & paper ready to journal for our session. I recommend laying down where you are comfortable to receive the sound, but if you’d like to sit down during the sound healing session you are welcome to.
WHAT IS THE EXPERIENCE LIKE?
The sound healing experience is different for each person. Some clients go into a deep state of relaxation and other may even fall asleep. Certain sounds may bring up different emotions for individuals. If at any moment you feel uncomfortable with a sound, please let me know and we can adjust to your comfort level.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER A SOUND HEALING SESSION?
Clients have reported an array of emotions from being more calm, creative, or more productive. Some may also feel heightened emotions (which is normal), changes in energy or sleep patterns. When we work through sound, certain emotions are getting released and can affect us emotionally and physically. Journaling, , exercise and drinking lots of water can help you feel more balanced.
